Mon A Vie Presentation


Today 11/10/11 I attended a Nice Presentation of Mon A Vie Products by Jeff Graham and some others.  This is also a Marketing Program that is MLM in Nature...  They have a few Health and Wellness Products...  These Products as per the Speaker are made from different Fruits and Vegetables found in Brazil and also have Extracts of some other very essentials and Most Important several types of Acai berries found in Brazil near the Amazon Jungles and also Deep inside the Brazilian Forests of Amazon.  This company now holds 3 or 4 Patents in the United States on Acai based ingredient formula which they have now developed into different Products.   Some of their Energy Blends are very very popular.  They claim their various products are helping people live longer and happier.  It is said to cover the basic human daily requirement for Protein, Good Fats, Good for reducing Chlosterol and better for the Immune System. 

It is however not inexpensive...  Of Course for those who can effort to pay for it, it is a Great Investment.

Products are good.  But on the Expensive Side.

Speakers claim,  Value is still there... and they said that even at this Cost, there is much more Value that is Given to these people compared to the worth of money they are spending.

There is other Side to this Company and that is its Marketing Program...  There was mot much said about it, but it was cleaar that there is a lot of money that changes hands and rebates and commission to the Distributors of the Company.

In most of the MLM Based Companies, the Success Rate is not  much,  95% vto 97% of the People are not making any money...  30% of the people just end up loosing their own money... Another 4.5%like $30000   But looking at the Bigger Picture...  we see 95% of the people only about an average of $3000 each.  So it is the 3% to 5% or the Top 4% that makes all the money and take all the decisions.
and they are the ones that drive the Mercedez and BMWs and other Luxury Cars and Have tons of Money.... More Money Value.  More Money than they can Spend.

October 28, 29 and 30 of 2011 became really memorial.   A Huge Impact indeed.  Those three days, I was Blessed to attend a MMI Seminar...  That has I am sure given direction to my life.  It has healed a lot of wounds... and given Clarity to an otherwise very foggy mind.

MMI stands for Millionaire Mind Intensive...  This is a Seminar held by the very able team of T Harv Eker...  A Motivational Speaker and Man of Wisdom and Knowledge.  T in his name stands for the word 'THE'  and that alone speaks volume for this truly wonderful person.

Adam and Eric were the two instructors...  And they were just great.  I was really impressed by Adam... He was actually practising what he was preaching.

The Concept is very simple.  It states that all people have a financial thermostat.   It depends on this financial thermometer which is in all of us and it need to be set at high.  It is up to us to manage the financial thermostat.  In the three day seminar, People actually RESET their Financial Thermostat to a much higher setting.

I felt as if I was being worked at in the meeting, Breaking Doors, Building Bridges... Writing things down. 

It was little business and a lot of Human activity.  Finally learned to manage our Mind the Right Way.  It is very easy once we learn how to do it.  When Mind stops us from doing the Right thing... we simply say   'Thank you mind for your concern' and just do the Right thing...

I would say just about everyone should attend this 3 Day Seminar... or learn some of the simple techniques we learned at this Seminar.

I really really felt a lot of Real Growing Experience at the Seminar...  There was an abundunce of Love and Care from the Participants... which kept on Growing during the Seminar.. and we all became like a family. 

Some of the things that we did to get the problems out of the system and Deep Cleansing that was done was not very easy or even comfortable.. but it was necessary... and the Relief felt afterward was a Reward.  Felt so much Lighter.   Happiness is the Absense of Stress on our Mind and Soul and the Body.  Got a new meaning to ' A Happy Mind dwells in a Happy Body'    There is no other way..

Now that 10 -12 days have passed, really miss the Seminar and looking forward to another such opportunity... Will attend again... and again... and again...

Some of the people from the Seminar are communicating via Facebook and everyone has benifited in several ways..

Business Opportunities or Waste of Time and Money :

The Names are different, Main Products ar practically the same...  Comes in beautiful Packages, Marketing programs varies but in assence are the same... Of course some are better than others.


 Recently I have joined this Internet Marketing Business. The name of the company is Fortune High Tech Marketing or FHTM.  Like some other companies this is also a combination of Product Selling Company and also Marketing Company.

There are two main lines of Business Products they are selling.  One is True Essentials and are mostly Vitamins and other is Envy which is mainly Skin Care Products.  There are several other Companies who are also doing similar business and selling their products to guests who are looking for secured income opportunities.

In the last couple of months, I have checked several such businesses.  

As i am trying to earn some money, I am easily impressed and have joined some of them.

I checked Pre Paid Legal.   There was so much energy in their activities.  Lot of young people were in Groups.  That was when I was in Galt.  Meeting was in Sacramento... Northern Side ..  Rocklin or Roseville   at a Double Tree Hotel.

Game Changer

There is now a Bill in the USA Congress which if it becomes a Law will allow US Government to Offer Visa for Interested People from around the World who would Invest at least $5,00,000.00 (Half a Million Cool Ones) in buying a Property in USA.

This news was there in the papers for a day and then just disappeared..  I am sure it is a BIG News... It means lot of BIG things.

At present, the American Real Estate is in a Shocking Trauma... and fighting for its Survival..  Banks are feeling the immence pressure as the foreclosed homes continue to pile up in their inventory..  Beside the huge losses, some of these banks are getting to a poinnt where  they are actually facing penalty charges for not able to turn around the homes that are being pushed into their inventory.

Yes, there are exceptions.. and yes there are lots of great opportunities even now specially in the Income Properties and Rental units.. but when we are looking at the total picture.. it is still very Ugly.

As the economies of some of the other countries are doing much much better than ours... people in China and India and Brazil etc.. are now vacationing more and more in the United States and doing a lot of shopping... and yes, also investing.   A lot of this investment takes place in the name of family members who are already in the United States, or even friends or even people who are from other lands and cultures..  In the Real Estate,  Non Americans are like 6%  to 7 % and they are getting more and more confident.  When we see younger people in such documentaries, tring to make a living... one would have the pleasant desire to side with the people. That would easily allow people to actually become more bold in venturing and buying more products. 

Details are not clear.. but as this bill turns into law and overseas investors start buying properties, this will have very positive impact on the American Real Estate and we may even see a compleate Turn Around in some of the more sensitive areas...  It would not be a Surprise... if in some places, Cost of a simple property is rising, it may even surprise the most conservative experts.

In fact a fair estimate at this point declares that a Change in Bill into the Law may have tremendous effects and as many as 25% of all properties changing hands would be in the accounts of such big time Investors.

This will also result in forming some really powerful and influential groups well within the American Society... even within the Ethnic Groups...

Today I am starting my own BLOG

I have this habit of writing things in notebooks, copies, pieces of papers, little cards and then just putting them away.  A lot of time I never see my writings again..  All this is now going to change.  I have decided to start writing my BLOG...  Internet has made so many things easy to do... and as you may have noticed... we have come up with a lot of very simple terms.  There is a trend to write things in simple and short ways,  a lot of these terms simply start with i  yes i  perhaps because Internet also starts with i   and yes a lot of things starts with e ... perhaps because Electronic starts with e and all these things are electronic in nature..   BLOG did not follow these Rules... yes it is short but actually it is a new word that was formed from two words WEB and LOG and when they joined it it became WEBLOG and then just BLOG.  And all people who decide to BLOG are now called BLOGGERS.  English is a wonderful language... So adaptive and flexible..  BLOG is both a Noun and also a Verb
and we are going to see a lot of ACTION from this Word of Action.
