Game Changer

There is now a Bill in the USA Congress which if it becomes a Law will allow US Government to Offer Visa for Interested People from around the World who would Invest at least $5,00,000.00 (Half a Million Cool Ones) in buying a Property in USA.

This news was there in the papers for a day and then just disappeared..  I am sure it is a BIG News... It means lot of BIG things.

At present, the American Real Estate is in a Shocking Trauma... and fighting for its Survival..  Banks are feeling the immence pressure as the foreclosed homes continue to pile up in their inventory..  Beside the huge losses, some of these banks are getting to a poinnt where  they are actually facing penalty charges for not able to turn around the homes that are being pushed into their inventory.

Yes, there are exceptions.. and yes there are lots of great opportunities even now specially in the Income Properties and Rental units.. but when we are looking at the total picture.. it is still very Ugly.

As the economies of some of the other countries are doing much much better than ours... people in China and India and Brazil etc.. are now vacationing more and more in the United States and doing a lot of shopping... and yes, also investing.   A lot of this investment takes place in the name of family members who are already in the United States, or even friends or even people who are from other lands and cultures..  In the Real Estate,  Non Americans are like 6%  to 7 % and they are getting more and more confident.  When we see younger people in such documentaries, tring to make a living... one would have the pleasant desire to side with the people. That would easily allow people to actually become more bold in venturing and buying more products. 

Details are not clear.. but as this bill turns into law and overseas investors start buying properties, this will have very positive impact on the American Real Estate and we may even see a compleate Turn Around in some of the more sensitive areas...  It would not be a Surprise... if in some places, Cost of a simple property is rising, it may even surprise the most conservative experts.

In fact a fair estimate at this point declares that a Change in Bill into the Law may have tremendous effects and as many as 25% of all properties changing hands would be in the accounts of such big time Investors.

This will also result in forming some really powerful and influential groups well within the American Society... even within the Ethnic Groups...

Today I am starting my own BLOG

I have this habit of writing things in notebooks, copies, pieces of papers, little cards and then just putting them away.  A lot of time I never see my writings again..  All this is now going to change.  I have decided to start writing my BLOG...  Internet has made so many things easy to do... and as you may have noticed... we have come up with a lot of very simple terms.  There is a trend to write things in simple and short ways,  a lot of these terms simply start with i  yes i  perhaps because Internet also starts with i   and yes a lot of things starts with e ... perhaps because Electronic starts with e and all these things are electronic in nature..   BLOG did not follow these Rules... yes it is short but actually it is a new word that was formed from two words WEB and LOG and when they joined it it became WEBLOG and then just BLOG.  And all people who decide to BLOG are now called BLOGGERS.  English is a wonderful language... So adaptive and flexible..  BLOG is both a Noun and also a Verb
and we are going to see a lot of ACTION from this Word of Action.
